This region is still controlled mostly by Unidad forces, and a lot of them are joining Extranjeros. They must have some sort of agreement with them for their operations. We need to spoil their honeymoon.

Objectives of Exposed Corruption
1. Reach the objective
It's an Unidad observation post located on top of the hill in the northern part of Eastern Precinct.
Make sure you stay well away, as there are Jammer soldiers in the area and when you go too close you will not be able to use the drone (your minimap will also stop working) to make a reconnaissance.
2. Record the lieutenant's conversation using your drone without raising the alarm
In my opinion, you should start in the ruins east of the camp. Eliminate the three Jammers and preferably the other soldiers patrolling the area outside the camp so that they do not detect the bodies.
Use the drone and in the right moment fly it into the tent, you should not be detected there.
Listen to the conversation for 25 seconds.
3. Destroy the Extranjeros equipment
You need to destroy five targets - gas tanks, located in the Illegal Pyrolusite Mine.
There are about 30 opponents around - Unidad soldiers and Santa Blanca sicarios, including three elite snipers, one on top of a large tank, another one on top of the transmission belt, and the last one in a helicopter flying over the mine.
The mission objective seems to be difficult? It is not! :-) You can even finish it without killing anyone. Four tanks can be destroyed with sniper rifle from long distance, and the last tank, located in the building, can be destroyed with an explosive drone.
4. Mission Complete
Unidad / Extranjeros agreement exposed.
With the proof of their corruption, and their failure to protect their assets, the Unidad has been fragilized. The Extranjeros will be quick to retaliate. Ortega is fuming.
