Al-Jahiz, the Book Collector at the House of Wisdom, is always on the lookout for rare books.
There are six books considered lost to history around Baghdad. Bring all of them back to the Book Collector at the House of Wisdom and you will be rewarded for your efforts.
Rumors suggest there might be a seventh book hidden somewhere in the city - and that it is cursed.

He sells Maps to reveal the locations of Gear Chests, Enigmas and Lost Books.
Hidden treasures can be found all over Baghdad if you know where to look.
A cartographer can provide you with the coordinates for these treasures in exchange for a Scholar Token.

He sells: Throwing Knife, Elixir, Leather, Components, Steel Ingot, Far East Merchant Costume, Tan Zanj Uprising, Blue Rostam, Scarab Talisman, Lion's Head Talisman, Jeweled Talisman.
Bring him the Dervis’ Artifacts to receive rewards:
- 3 (3) - 120 Components, 70 Leather, 70 Steel Ingot
- 6 (9) - 180 Components, 110 Leather, 110 Steel Ingot
- 9 (18) - Treasure Hunter Costume
