Cordelion Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart Map

CraiggerBears
CraiggerBears are teddy bears that can be collected, and they are the only type of collectible items that are not marked on the map when you get close to them. Collect them all to unlock the "UnBEARably Awesome" trophy.

Spybots
Each RYNO Spybot gives you one blueprint for the RYNO weapon. After you get all of them you can buy the RYNO 8 weapon from Ms. Zurkon. This will unlock "Aim to Misbehave" trophy.
Spybot (Cordelion) The spybot is on a platform overhead. Use the rift to get there.
Gold Bolts
There are 25 Gold Bolts in total in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. You need to find 5 of them to unlock "Nooks and Crannies" trophy. Collecting Gold Bolts will give you various benefits.
Gold Bolt (Cordelion #1) To get to this bolt go to the abandoned version and jump from the main platform towards this smaller one. After a moment, you should be able to reach the rift located on the small platform. Quickly grapple to it.
Gold Bolt (Cordelion #2) To get to the room where the bolt is, use the moment when the door is slightly open and grapple the rift on the other side.
Gold Bolt (Cordelion #3) While underwater, look for a magnetic wall that you can climb up. You will find the bolt at the top.
Pocket Dimensions
Pocket Dimensions are self-contained mini-levels where you'll have to do some platforming to collect an Armor Pod.

Armor Pods
There are 24 Armor Pods in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. You need to collect just one Head, Torso, and Leg armor pod to unlock the "Does This Make My Tail Look Big?" trophy.
Captain Starshield (Chest) It's at the end of the obstacle course inside the Pocket Dimension (Cordelion).
Glitch Challenges
Glitch Challenges are a type of arcade puzzle where you play as a little spider robot. Complete all of them to unlock "Glitch, Uh, Finds a Way" trophy.

Blizon Crystals
When you hit Blizon Crystal, it will transfer you between the current version of the planet and another version of it. When you hit 29 crystals you should unlock the "Shifty Character" trophy.

Raritanium
Raritanium are blue crystals sticking out of crates, walls, rocks, etc., that you will find during the game. To collect them you should smash them with your wrench or hammer. Raritanium can be used to upgrade your weapons.
