Guns and bombs aren’t the only things Freddie helps people get. Sometimes it’s a fancy cheese that’s been out of stock for six months. Other times, it’s fireworks to help a whole neighborhood ring in a special day.

1. TALK to Freddie
Find Freddie at Russell Square and talk to her. She will tell you about her problems with Clan Kelley and of course ask for help.
2. REACH Chinatown / ACCESS ctOS Hub to Launch Fireworks
Clan Kelley has muscled in on Freddie's territory, and she's asked Aiden to smoke them out in style. Access the ctOS Hub in Chinatown to launch off their stockpile of illegal fireworks and draw them out of hiding.
Head to Chinatown. The terminal you need to access is located on the roof of one of the buildings by the main avenue. You can get there by climbing up the orange pipe.
Access to the ctOS hub is protected by a gate, which you will open when you deactivate the closed circuit terminal.
You will find the closed circuit terminal literally a few steps away.
3. ACCESS Clan Kelly Servers to Erase 0/3
Freddie's fireworks show has brought on a Clan Kelley response, but the head of the operation is still in hiding. Hack into more Clan Kelley terminals in Chinatown to draw the boss out into the open.
Despite all the servers being outside the restricted area, once you start hacking them, and it will take some time, clan members will show up and attack you. So be prepared for a fair amount of shooting.
4. NEUTRALISE the Smuggler / GET TO Safety
The head of Clan Kelley's Chinatown racket has come out to deal with Aiden personally. Neutralize the boss to get rid of Freddie's problem for good.
When the boss appears, try to kill him as soon as possible and then quickly move away to a safe place.
When you do so, this mission will end and you will receive a new weapon - M-590, high powered shotgun effective at close range..
