Gnomes Watch Dogs 2 Points of interest
Gnomes are needed to get one of the most unique outfits available in Watch Dogs 2 - Gnome Outfit.
To be able to gather them, you must first go to the specific location, and find and hack the gnome laptop. Then you can travel to 10 gnome collectible locations. At the end, you have to visit the final location to pick up the outfit.

First Gnome Laptop▶ show the map ◀
This is the first gnome laptop. It's located under the seafood restaurant.
You will find the first gnome laptop under the octagonal seafood restaurant in Fisherman's Wharf. Find a vent under its stairs, activate the jumper, drive in, and hack the laptop located inside.
Take a look at the laptop's screen, it's a map with ten circles marked on it.
Each of the green circles on the map shows the aproximate location of one of ten gnomes. You have to collect them all, in any order.

The gnome is in the small wooden doghouse just next to the front gate of Tidis Warehouse, which is a restricted area.

The gnome is in the ventilation duct on the roof of the building.
You can climb onto the roof here.
The entrance to the ventilation duct is locked and you have to find the closed circuit terminal to unlock it.
To reach the closed circuit terminal you need to use the jumper.

The gnome is in a small dock area in a tunnel between Lake Merrit and the Coliseum.

This gnome is on the shelf of Papa B’s Pawn Shop in the Tenderloin.

This gnome is on the roof of a bookstore building located next to the Haum Data Center.
It's a brick building with a mural of a unicorn on it.
There is a scissor lift in the Haum Data Center courtyard so you can use it to reach the roof of the bookstore.

This gnome is in the garden located on the roof of Transbay Center.

To get to this gnome you need the jumper with improved jump height.
Activate the jumper and jump onto the shorter hedge then jump onto the big one.
You can also jump onto the red sculpture then use the speed boost and jump over the high hedge. Another option is to bring here a tall vehicle and jump onto it first.

The gnome is in the small homeless camp in the fenced area.

You can bypass the restricted area by jumping down from the nearby highway.

The gnome is in the corner on the rooftop of the Taqueria.
Use the nearby scissor lift to get to the roof of the building.

The gnome is in the upper part (on the roof) of the communal garden.

The gnome is standing next to the jacuzzi located on the rooftop patio.
It can be reached by climbing the storage shed located on the west wall.

The package is inside the tent in the park next to the WKZ Station building.
To be able to pick it up, you need to collect all ten gnomes first.
