After completing the "False Flag" main quest, Gorak will contact you via radio and offer to meet at his quarters in Mirogana.
Gorak has a job for Kay that he can't talk about over comms. He's asked to meet at Makal's Gambling Parlor.

To begin Pyke Syndicate Opportunity you must first complete False Flag.
Quest stages of Pyke Syndicate Opportunity
1. Talk to Gorak
Head to his quarters in Makal's Gambling Parlor in Mirogana. Gorak will have a job offer for you. He will want you to find a traitor working for Crimson Dawn.
At the end of the conversation he will also ask you to return his ring. If you decide to keep the ring it will not have a negative effect, because as Gorak will state, he currently needs you. However, if you decide to return the ring, your reputation in Pykes will increase slightly. Keeping the ring will not affect your reputation with the Pykes, and you will be able to sell it for 500 credits.
This quest will end and a new syndicate quest will appear in your journal - "The Traitor".
After completing Pyke Syndicate Opportunity you will get or will be able to get The Traitor.
