Quest stages of Iron Gut
1. Speak to Rosenella.
Talk to Rosenella at the Radiant Court about a medicinal concoction that might help Pietro purge the gemstone he swallowed.
2. Acquire the ingredients for Ondra's Bile.
Rosanella gave me a list of the ingredients for Ondra's Bile - a rotten hagfish, an unripened palm stone, and a vial of fire kelp extract.

I should look around Lifter's Refuge for any rotten hagfish.
One of the merchants at the Radiant Court might have unripened palm stones for sale.
Rosenella told me that I can purchase fire kelp extract from the King's Coffin.
