Travel to Lifter's Refuge in Dunnage and kill Torkar.

2. Return to Dessiral.

Return to Dessiral at Radiant Court in Dunnage and claim the reward for Torkar's death.

3. Endings

I killed Torkar and claimed the bounty reward from Dessiral.
