Bounty - Radulf Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Quest

Wakoyo has tasked me with hunting down Radulf, a Vailian captain in command of the galleon Goldbell. There's a bounty to claim in exchange for evidence of the captain's death.

Prior quests
To begin Bounty - Radulf you must first complete Bounty - Assila Wave-Skipper.
Quest stages of Bounty - Radulf
1. Kill Radulf and take his ship's triumph.
Radulf sails his galleon Goldbell east of Neketaka by the southwestern tip of the Kua o Rikuhu island chain.
2. Return to Wakoyo.
Radulf's bounty is mine to claim. I can collect my reward by returning to Wakayo at the Brass Citadel in Neketaka.
3. Endings
I dealt with Radulf and claimed the reward for his bounty.
After completing Bounty - Radulf you will get or will be able to get Bounty - Burunga.
