Is there a fast travel option available in the game?
A fast travel option is available in No Rest for the Wicked but in a rather limited form. Such an option becomes available when you reach Sacrament and discover Whisper which is located in the settlement.
Fast travel is possible between Whisperers. From any Whisper outside Sacrament you can quickly travel to a Whisper in the town, and from a Whisper in Sacrament you can quickly travel to the last Whisper you visited, which is outside the town.
Note: The map is based on the Early Access version of the game and is under construction.
