An angaran saboteur was trapped in rubble after destroying a kett weapons depot.
To start this mission, you need to talk to Haana. You will find her in the Angaran Resistance base - Voeld.

Mission objectives of The Lost Scout
1. Investigate the ruins
2. Scan the area
Look for the entrance to the cave.
3. Enter the destroyed ammo depot
4. Search for survivors
Get closer to the locked door. Someone is on the other side.
5. Restore power
Use your scanner and follow "the yellow line". There are ice barrier inside the other room, destroy it.
Hack the console.
6. Free survivors
Go back to the locked door, now you can open them.
You can choose: "I'll leave you here" or "I have to kill them".
7. Return to Haana with updates
