To begin Peebee: Remnant Scanner you must first complete Peebee: Secret Project.
Mission objectives of Peebee: Remnant Scanner
1. Read email from Peebee
Read the email "New Project" from Peebee.
Heya! I've got a new Remnant project in the works. It's gonna be big! Come say hi in my room on the Tempest, will ya?

2. Speak to Peebee on the Tempest
3. Go to Remnant ruins on Eos
Find rare Remnant tech so Peebee can perfect her scanner.
Go to the marked location, activate the console, then jump over the posts to the other side. Kill some remnant enemies on your way there.
4. Recover rem-tech piece on Eos
Several raiders will come, and try to kill you. Kill them.
Use the console shown in the picture below, and then gravity well to leave the island. You can also use the fast travel option.
5. Go to Remnant ruins on Havarl
You need to visit an additional Remnant vault on Havarl.
6. Recover rem-tech piece on Havarl
Find a small room located in this vault.
7. Go to Remnant ruins on Kadara
8. Defeat the outlaws
9. Search the Kadara site for rem-tech piece
10. Meet Peebee in Kadara Port to acquire rem-tech piece from outlaw krogan
After completing Peebee: Remnant Scanner you will get or will be able to get Peebee: Reclaiming Poc.
