After making initial contact with the angara, you must now gain their trust in order to meet the Moshae and access the vault on Aya. Either Voeld or Havarl would be likely places to start.
If you first helped the Angaran Resistance on Voeld then this mission description will change to:
Your actions on Voeld have proven to the angara that the Initiative is an ally. This relationship could be further strengthened by reaching out to the angara on Havarl.

Mission objectives of Helping Havarl's Scientists
1. Travel to Havarl
Travel to Faroang system.
2. Make contact with the scientists at Pelaav
Kiiran Dals' research team was studying on of Havarl's monoliths when they triggered a strange Remnant stasis field. It's kept them in a frozen state, alive but unresponsive.
Go to the Pelaav research station and talk to Kiiran Dals.
3. Help the researchers who are trapped at the monolith
Go to the Remnant Monolith.
Find and scan two glyphs then activate the console and solve the puzzle.
Correct solution of the puzzle.
4. Return to Kiiran Dals
Go back to the Pelaav research station.
By completing this mission you can gain the trust of Evfra required for A Trail of Hope mission.
After completing Helping Havarl's Scientists you will get or will be able to get A Dying Planet and Turian Ark: Not Dead Yet.
