The province has a strong history of workers uprisings. The Union leaders are a strong force that needs to be on our side. I had an operation going on with one of my contacts in a factory. He went silent. Let's try to find him.
Prior missions
To begin Union Rights you must first complete Intel Gathering.
Objectives of Union Rights
1. Find intel about the location of the Union leader
Imo the biggest problem here are two Jammers.
The files you are looking for are on the top floor of the building in the middle of the camp.
2. Locate the Union leader
Go to the factory located on the other side of the river. Factory is guarded by 15+ elite snipers. There is also a jammer next to the cage where the Union leader is.
Union leader - Soledad, is held in a cage in the middle of the complex.
3. Free Soledad
Kill the guards, open the cage and talk to Soledad.
4. Extract Soledad to his village
You can use the armored car parked near. Unidad helicopters will appear.
The nearest bridge is blocked, but you can change to the car on the other side of the blockade.
Take the Soledad to his house.
5. Mission Complete
Soledad will be a strong asset to rally the workers to the rebel's cause. Are unions allowed in your line of work?
