A convoy of chemical precursors is on the move, heading out of Libertad on the way to Ocoro. Locating and destroying the convoy will deprive Ocoro of crucial materials needed to create cocaine.
To start this mission you need to acquire major intel in Libertad province.

1. Destroy precursor convoy
2. Mission Complete
The destruction of the convoy will cause a temporary halt to cocaine production in Ocoro, causing further disruptions all along the cartel's distribution pipeline.
