Objectives of The Hospital

2. Defend the doctor
Eliminate the incoming enemies.
3. Mission Complete
El Emisario gambled and lost. The defeat of his sicarios at the Ocoro hospital leaves El Yayo's grandson without any way to make good loss of his production sites.
After completing The Hospital you will get or will be able to get El Emisario and Special Transport.
