Try to avoid enemies and go to the hut where the doctor is.

Kill the incoming enemies.

6. Extract La Gringa to Caimanes Bravo
Go back to the hut and talk to La Gringa.
You can use the helicopter parked nearby.
7. Mission Complete
La Gringa is now at a secure location, and she is cooperating with her interrogators. The intel she is providing will help us deal a severe blow to Santa Blanca's production network.
After completing La Gringa you will get or will be able to get El Yayo (1 of 5).
