This is one of the cartel activities added in Narco Road DLC. You will get some gang followers for completing it.
Objectives of Amphetatruck
1. Enter the vehicle
2. Reach the rendezvous point before the timer runs out [xx:yy]
You got a limited amount of time to get to the final destination. Expect some additional "driving problems" on your way! From time to time the car will suddenly turn right of left a bit!
Imo the best tactics is to drive quite slowly so the sudden twists do not cause much damage (you will not fall off the road, etc.) and to use nitro after each such "disruption event".
Bring the van to the client while the cook is preparing his batch. Drive carefully! Each bump makes the distillation process more volatile...
