There are 5 specialists in Hope County. You had to recruit at least two of them to complete the Upgrade Prosperity mission, now you have to recruit the others.

As before, you need to collect enough ethanol to make twelve facilities improvements this time.

- Garage - 100 / 300 / 450
- Healing Garden - 75 / 125 / 250
- Infirmary - 150 / 500 / 700

- Workbench - 150 / 500 / 700
4. UPGRADE Prosperity to Level 3
After completing Upgrade Prosperity you will get or will be able to get Homecoming (1 of 2).
