To begin Problem Solver you must first complete Riding Derby.
Mission objectives of Problem Solver
1. REACH the New Eden compound / REACH the New Eden chapel
Go to New Eden and enter the chapel.
On the way to the chapel, revive the villagers, then they will help you a bit during the fight against twins.
Inside you will meet twins. After a short conversation the fight will begin.
2. KILL Mickey / KILL Lou
In addition to twins you will also have to eliminate enemy dogs and a few Highwaymen. After some time additional Highwaymen will join the fight.
Mickey is a sniper and when you approach her, she will use a shotgun. The telescope which she uses as a sniper shines blue so it is relatively easy to locate her.
Lou uses a flamethrower and a rocket launcher.
Note: Ammunition and medkits can be replenished infinitely using ammo crates. You will find them near the chapel.
After defeating both of them, the mission is over and you can decide whether to finish Mickey or let her live. There are no gameplay or main story changes after this choice.
3. Achievement / Trophy
Problem Solver - Solve the biggest problem in Hope County by defeating the Twins.
After completing Problem Solver you will get or will be able to get Ethan’s Soul.
