How to unlock Fast Travel?

In order to unlock the Fast Travel option, you need to upgrade Expeditions facility in your homebase called Prosperity. The first upgrade allows you to fast travel to any liberated outpost. The second upgrade, which requires an earlier upgrade of Prosperity to the 2nd level (Upgrade Prosperity mission), allows you to quickly travel to any discovered location.

Outposts

The Outposts are a source of Ethanol which is used to upgrade your homebase. After the liberation of the outpost you can scavenge it to reset it, then higher level enemies retake the outpost and you can capture it again. Liberated outposts act as fast travel points.

Broken Forge Facilities: Weapon Workbench, Garage. The Highwaymen are scavenging metal from the ruins of an old garage.

Empty Garden Facilities: Weapon Workbench, Garage. The Highwaymen are scavenging the ruins of a cult convent.

Sacred Lumber Facilities: Weapon Workbench, Garage. The Highwaymen have taken over a logging camp.

Signal Point Facilities: Weapon Workbench, Helipad. The Highwaymen have taken a makeshift radar station.

The Chop Shop Facilities: Weapon Workbench, Garage. The Higwaymen have taken over the ruins of Fall's End and have turned it into a makeshift garage.

The Island Facilities: Weapon Workbench, Boatshed. The Highwaymen built a fortress on the lake to salvage loot from the water.

The Pantry Facilities: Weapon Workbench, Garage. The Highwaymen have taken over a makeshift farm.

The Refinery Facilities: Weapon Workbench, Garage. The Highwaymen have taken over an ethanol refinery.

The Watering Hole Facilities: Weapon Workbench, Garage. The Highwaymen have taken over a makeshift watering hole.
