Quest stages of The Lowe-Down
1. Find the patrol car
I found a transmission on Wolf's terminal that warned him about two officers investigating the case of Calvin van Lowe. They were last reported on the East side of Lewisburg. I should head there and see what I can find out.
2. Search the patrol car for clues
You'll find a duffle bag in the car with Klein's Notes, Part 1 holotape in it.
3. Listen to the "Klein's Notes" Holotape
4. Search near the house with a "flamingo out front"
The police officers that were looking into Calvin van Lowe's disappearance left a recording behind. They ended up tailing a suspicious stranger in a "fancy suit." They intended to follow him to a "house with a flamingo out front." I should try and pick up their trail.
Go to the back of the house with the pink flamingo in front of it.
5. (Optional) Listen to Klein's second recording
The holotape is next to one of the skeletons.
6. Examine the scene
I've found the police officers; they were killed while following the man in the "fancy suit." I should investigate the scene to see if I can find out more about this well-dressed stranger.
Find the Wolf Check-in #64 note hidden in the cooler.
7. Read "Wolf Check-in #64"
I've found a note hidden in the grill near the killed police officers. I should read note, titled "Wolf Check-in #64", to find out more.
8. Find the ID card and further instructions
It seems the two police officers were killed by Wolf, some kind of agent with a connection to Calvin van Lowe. He left instructions for anyone that's following him: obtain a keycard and further instructions from Bo-Peep's look out station. I should head there to learn more.
Find the leather bag on the roof of one of the city buildings and take the Spare Operative Keycard and the Further Instructions note from it.
9. Go to Van Lowe Taxidermy
Bo-Peep's instructions indicate that I should head to the basement of Van Lowe Taxidermy. I don't know what awaits me there, but the note left some cryptic clues: Laundry day, washing and drying "unmentionables", and marking the date on a Calendar.
10. Discover the secret of Van Lowe's basement
Go down to the basement.
The From Mom note contains some hints on what you should do.
Set cycle type of the washing machine to Delicates.
Set the heat level of the dryer to Low Heat.
Once you have correctly set the washing machine and the dryer, you will be able to press the Laundry Day pin on the calendar.
A hidden passageway will open in the wall.
11. Enter the secret room
I've found a secret door in the basement of Van Lowe taxidermy. I should head inside to see what I can find.
12. Search the secret room for clues
I've found a secret door in the basement of Van Lowe taxidermy. It lead me to a secret robotics lab that appears to have been used by Calvin van Lowe. There's signs of a struggle here. I should investigate further to if I can discover the fate of Calvin.
To use the assembly terminal you need a password.
13. Find the password to the Assembly Terminal
Assembly Password is in the red tool chest.
14. Search the terminal for signs of Calvin
Use the Assembly Platform > Unlock It > Behavioral Reprogramming Sessions > (!!!) Session 4: Assaultron [SN: RX-0022CDF9] (LOGS AVAILABLE) > RETRIEVE SESSION LOG.
15. (Optional) Find all clues in the secret lab (0/3)
Other clues are: C.H. Monthly, August ...
... and Property Deed.
16. Listen to "Behavioral Reprogramming"
I've found a log left behind during Calvin's "behavioral reprogramming" sessions. I should listen to it to find out what happened.
17. Search the terminal to find where Wolf went next
It seems Calvin was killed or injured during a failed reprogramming session. I should try to find out where Wolf went next; I'm sure his investigation didn't stop here.
Use Assembly Platform > Status Reports > !!! - EMERGENCY CHECK-IN - !!! > Download Coordinates.
After completing The Lowe-Down you will get or will be able to get Wolf in Sheep's Clothing.
