Quest stages of Event: Distant Thunder
1. Mark Scorched with Recon Scope ({EnemiesMarked} / {EnemiesToMark})
The Artillery Battery at Fort Defiance is online and has Scorched targets available. A forward observer needs to go and use a Recon Scope to mark the targets for the artillery.
2. (Optional) Eliminate all Scorched
3. Build a Brotherhood Recon Rifle

The targets are marked. Artillery is inbound. It's time to evacuate the area.
5. Artillery strike incoming
6. Mop up remaining Scorched
