This is one of the Enclave events thanks to which you can get Promotion Commendations needed to complete the main story quest Officer on Deck. This quest awards one commendation.

MODUS has offered to call in a resource drop from the Kovac-Muldoon if we help him scan the local area. We need to activate three triangulation points before he'll give us the goodies.
Find and orient three antennas.
1.1. Calibrate triangulation point Alpha
1.2. Calibrate triangulation point Beta
1.3. Calibrate triangulation point Gamma
2. Wipe out the attracted creatures
MODUS dropped in the resources for us, but it appears to attracted some unwanted attention. We'll need to clear out the area before the container can unlock.
Kill all enemies.
3. Access the resource drop
We've unlocked the container! We've completed the Resource Drop! Time to collect what's inside.
Find and loot the Resource Drop Crate.
