1. Investigate the trailer
I discovered a trailer at Tygart Water Treatment that appears to have been occupied not long ago. I should take a closer look.
Go into the trailer and find the Message for Jeff holotape.
2. Listen to the "Message for Jeff" holotape
While investigating a trailer at Tygart Water Treatment, I found a holotape made by a woman who was working on an environmental monitoring program.
3. Learn Amy Kerry's location
While investigating a trailer at Tygart Water Treatment, I found a holotape made by a woman who was in hiding. She claimed to have a password for her terminal. If I can find out where she went, I can learn about the work she was doing.
Use Amy Kerry's Terminal > Messages > Date Night?.
4. Retrieve Amy's terminal password
At Tygart Water Treatment, I discovered the work of a woman who was studying the environment for Scorched contamination. With the password to her terminal, I can learn even more.
Go to Cow Spots Creamery, find Amy Kerry's Corpse and take Amy's Note.
5. Access the Environmental Monitoring Program
Return to Tygart Water Treatment and use Amy Kerry's Terminal again > Environmental Monitoring Program [ENTER PASSWORD].

At Tygart Water Treatment, I discovered the work of a woman who was studying the environment for Scorched contamination. To gather the data for her project, I need to retrieve holotapes from air, water and soil sensors, and then upload the data to her terminal.
Sensors can be found in many places. One place for each sensor type will be marked on your map.

Use Amy Kerry's Terminal > Environmental Monitoring Program [ENTER PASSWORD] > Upload Soil Data.
10. Upload the air data
Use Amy Kerry's Terminal > Environmental Monitoring Program [ENTER PASSWORD] > Upload Air Data.
11. Process the sensor data
I learned that a woman named Amy Kerry was monitoring the environment for changes brought on by the Scorched. To continue her work, I retrieved holotapes from environmental sensors and then uploaded the data to her terminal, which contains a program to analyze the data.
Use Amy Kerry's Terminal > Environmental Monitoring Program [ENTER PASSWORD] > Begin Data Processing.
