Quest stages of Belly of the Beast
2. Use the Brotherhood Emergency Transponder radio to find Taggerdy
Paladin Taggerdy led an expedition to do something about the Scorchbeasts. There's a transponder frequency I can follow to find out what happened to her.
You have to find several transponders based on the signal strength which is displayed in the upper left corner of the screen. The closer you are to the transponder, the closer the signal strength is to 100%.
1st transponder
A small watchpost southeast of Appalachian Antiques.
2nd transponder
It's next to a crashed Vertibird near AMS Corporate Headquarters.
3rd transponder
You will find it in the Survey Camp Alpha.
4th transponder
It's on the roof of the Drop Site V9 bunker.
5th transponder
The last transponder is at the end of the Glassed Cavern. It is a very long cave with several large chambers and a large number of enemies.

It is not a dead end. Turn left here and continue through the narrow corridor (I missed it the first time).
Go deep into the cavern. At the end you will reach the large chamber shown in the screenshot below.
When you approach closer, the Scorchbeast will come out of the fissure.
Now you can access the last transponder.
3. Clear the rubble
I heard Paladin Taggerdy's last words as she blew up the Scorchbeasts in the Glassed Caverns. I should find her body.

4. Search Taggerdy's remains
Take Lieutenant Elizabeth Taggerdy's ID.
5. Learn more about the Scorched at Taggerdy's quarters
I have Paladin Taggerdy's ID card. If I go to her quarters at Fort Defiance, I may be able to find out more about the Scorchbeasts.
Return to the 4th floor of Fort Defiance and use the Paladin Taggerdy's Terminal > Ultimate Solution.

After completing Belly of the Beast you will get or will be able to get Uncle Sam.
