1. Find the Responders Outpost in Flatwoods
I found out that the Responders set up a Volunteer Program in Flatwoods that automatically processes survivors into official volunteers. I should check it out.
2. Locate the Responders Outpost
I found Flatwoods, now I just need to figure out where the Responders set up their base of operations. Probably somewhere in the middle of town to be safe.
