Quest stages of The Ugly Little Bird
1. Talk Bird
We spoke with the bird. It says that it feels cold and weak. It wants to be warm again.
2. Phoenix Bird
It seems that this bird may in fact be a phoenix, at the last stage of its life cycle before rebirth.
3. Convince Bird
It's optional. Tell him ...
*Tell the bird that it appears to be mortally ill. A quick, merciful end would be best.*
... and ...
*Tell the bird that he's only prolonging his suffering.*
The result will be ...
We convinced the bird to let us help it.
4. Refuse Bird
The bird has refused our offer of help.
5. Bird Burned
You can use Fireball spell to immolate the bird.
We immolated the bird.
6. Found Egg
After a while Phoenix Egg will appear.
From the ashes of the bird, and egg has appeared - a phoenix egg.
6.1. Eat Egg
Eating the egg will grant your character a new skill - Phoenix Dive - Leap through the air towards a target position, creating a fire surface upon landing. (Requires Warfare 2).
We decided to eat the egg.
6.2. Leave Egg
Place the egg in your satchel. You won't be able to eat it later but its base price is 2500 gold.
We decided to keep the egg.
6.3. Destroy Egg
The egg was destroyed.
7. Bird Killed
The bird is dead.
8. Close Left RC
We have left Reaper's Coast behind, and with it, the strange-looking bird.
