Talk to Black Ring Captain (lvl 16).
The Black Ring are flooding the a Temple using portal magic.
2. Portal Removed
Persuade Black Ring Captain (lvl 16) or kill Black Ring Portalmaster.
We managed to stop the portal that was flooding the Temple. The waters ought to recede now.
3. Close Left TNI
We have departed from the Nameless Isle, without managing to stop the flooding of the Temple.
