1.1. Note Dark Faction After Fort Joy
I've learned that Ifan's assassination target is none other than Bishop Alexandar himself!
2. Borris
Talk to Magister Borris, one of the guards on the main gate of the fort.
From Magister Borris, Ifan now knows he can seek out a trader named Zaleskar in the Hollow Marshes outside Fort Joy to retrieve a weapon to aid in killing Alexandar.
3. Zaleskar
Let Ifan talk to Zaleskar. He will receive Shadow's Eye crossbow, it grants Chameleon Cloak skill (Invisible for 3 turns).
Ifan met Zaleskar and received a powerful crossbow.
4. Gareth Info
I've learned that Godwoken are being hunted by Lone Wolves. According to Ifan, his former comrades had lately been hiding out somewhere near Driftwood, in the Reaper's Coast region.

Alexandar's survival in a coma didn't last long. He's dead now.

Ifan told me the story of the time he was given a mission in the last war. He was to rescue elves in his homeland by bringing them a teleporter device. This would allow them to escape before the Divine Order unleashed Deathfog to kill the Black Ring. However, his good intentions were for naught, as the Deathfog exploded before he could complete his mission...

Ifan thought he was saving the elves with a portal, but the 'portal' was actually Deathfog! He brought death to his people unwittingly. He was lied to... but he doesn't believe that Lucian himself would have lied to him.
