To add this quest to your journal you should save Gareth and then talk to him in Sanctuary of Amadia. If he died then you should talk to Exter.

Quest stages of Call to Arms

1. Gareth At Shelter

Gareth has returned to his Seeker comrades at the Sanctuary of Amadia. We should speak to him about what he intends to do next.

2. Freed Cornered Paladin Leave

We rescued Gareth from the Magisters, but as the Sanctuary of Amadia was empty, it seems that he did not return there.

3. Start #1. Got Call To Arms (Gareth)

If you saved Gareth and he returned to Sanctuary of Amadia.

Gareth has rallied his remaining Seeker forces at the Abandoned Magister Camp in order to attack and seize the Magister flagship known as the Lady Vengeance. They will take the ship while we are to concentrate our attack on the Magister forces who remain on the shore. We should speak to Gareth.

Start #1. Got Call To Arms (Gareth)

3.1. Gareth Hesitate

Gareth is reluctant to attack the Magisters without the means to defeat the Shriekers that guard the approaches to the harbour. We should investigate on how to defeat such creatures.

3.1.1. Persuaded Gareth

We persuaded Gareth to launch an attack against the Magisters and the Shriekers.

4. Start #2: Got Call To Arms (Exter)

If Gareth is dead then you need to talk to Exter in Sanctuary of Amadia.

Exter has rallied the remaining Seeker forces at the Abandoned Magister Camp in order to attack and seize the Magister flagship known as the Lady Vengeance. They will take the ship while we are to concentrate our attack on the Magister forces who remain on the shore. We should speak to Exter.

4.1. Exter Hesitate

4.1.1. Persuaded Exter

We persuaded Exter to launch an attack against the Magisters and the Shriekers.

5. # EA # Gratiana Suggest

Gratiana suggested that I seek out Source weapons hidden in a vault that once belonged to the Source king, Braccus Rex. These weapons should be able to defeat the Shriekers.

6. # EA # Found Wand

Find Purging Wand or kill Radeka the Witch (lvl 6) and loot Radeka's Purging Wand.

I found a Purging Wand. This should be able to defeat the Shriekers that block the escape route from the island.

7. Suggest Purging

It has been suggested that we find Purging Wands in order to defeat the Shriekers.

8. Source Totem Destroy

The Shriekers been destroyed. We should notify the Seekers, so that the main attack can commence.

9. Gareth Died Source Totem

The Seekers were killed by the Shriekers.

10. Path Cleared

The path is clear. We should be able to move on the Lady Vengeance now.

11. Attack Started

The attack has commenced. We are to meet the Seekers at the beach once all of the Magisters have been vanquished.

12. Attack Started Exter

The attack has commenced. We are to meet Exter at the beach once all of the Magisters have been vanquished.

13. Close Left Fort Joy

We left Reaper's Eye without the help of the Seekers.
