You should start this quest by talking to Dorian Gall. You will find him at the balcony of Micheil Ross house. You can also read his Diary / Groom's Diary which you can find in his laboratory.

Quest stages of Blood Dowry
1. Assassination Started
Talk to Dorian Gall. You have to convince him to tell you about his plans and to hire you. He will talk to you if Ifan ben-Mezd is in your party, or if your character has OUTLAW tag, or you have read his Diary / Groom's Diary (additional dialog option).
Dorian Gall has asked us to kill his new father-in-law, Micheil Ros.
2. Read Grooms Diary
Find and read Diary / Groom's Diary. You will find it in Dorian's Laboratory - To Dorian's Laboratory - Cellar.
We learned that Dorian Gall is only getting married in order to get closer to the will of his bride's father, Micheil Ros.
3. Told Daughter Run
Tell Isla Gall what Dorian Gall has planned and convince her it's true.
We informed Isla Gall what her new husband had planned. Furious, she ran to tell her father.
4. Told Daughter Counter
We informed Isla Gall wha her new husband had planned. She reacted with fury.
5. Micheil Ros
Go upstairs and talk to Micheil Ros.
5.1. Merchants Deal
Micheil Ros has offered to match Dorian's price if we kill him instead.
5.1.1. Merchants Deal Bonus
Convince him to offer you more.
Micheil Ros has agreed to best Dorian's price if we kill him instead.
5.2. Merchant Is Dead
In his corpse you will find Official Dwarven Document. It's his last will.
Micheil Ros is dead.
5.2.1. Poisoned Event
Everyone is dead - Dorian Gall poisoned them all.
6. Groom Disappeared
If you killed Micheil Ross, then Dorian will be waiting for you on the balcony, but after the conversation, no matter how it goes, he will disappear. If you get along with Micheil Ross, then Dorian will not be on the balcony anymore. In both cases you have to find and kill him.
Dorian Gall has disappeared.
7. Know Where Groom Lab
Micheil and Isla can tell you where Dorian's house is located.
We have discovered the location of Dorian's laboratory.
8. Found Groom Lab
Entrance To Dorian's Laboratory - Cellar is located uder a bed in his house. Press theHidden Switch (The Groom's House) to move the bed.
We found Dorian's laboratory.
9. Groom Is Dead
Kill Dorian in his lab.
Dorian Gall is dead.
9.1. Quest End Merchant Survived
If you took Micheil Ross offer.
Micheil Ros gave us our reward.
9.2. Quest End Merchant Did Not Survive
If you killed Micheil Ross.
Micheil Ros is dead. We cannot collect a reward from him now.

We have ventured onwards, without involving ourselves in Dorian Gall's scheme.
